If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments. JOYCRAFT24 is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
